    张曦|讲师
    张曦,甘肃天水人,博士,硕士研究生导师。担任Journal of Plant Physiology青年编委、北京大学南昌研究院特聘研究员、Plant Cell & Environment官方公众号主编、Plant Methods、Plant Cell Reports等国际知名期刊审稿专家等。主持科技部重大专项子课题、国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金等项目。近年来在Plant Cell、Plant Physiology、Trends in Plant Science、Genome Biology和BMC Plant Biology等期刊发表学术论文40余篇,授权国家发明专利6项,参编《植物细胞壁与木材形成》著作1部。创新提出植物多尺度网络连接基本原则,整合多尺度生物网络的理论框架与分析策略,开发多种植物三维重建技术与细胞网络分析方法。开展良种树木规模化繁育项目,入选国家林草局2021年重要推荐成果。 E-mail:zhangxi@bjfu.edu.cn
