主要从事刺槐引种、倍性育种、诱变创制与新品种选育,栎树遗传改良,杨树耐盐基因工程育种及转基因安全性评价,杉木体胚诱导与诱变育种,木本植物衰老和复幼调控,林木组织培养与器官再生,树木不定根诱导与调控,林木无性繁殖与工厂化育苗;四倍体刺槐快速繁殖、高效栽培、饲用营养价值评价、饲料加工技术等方面研究和开发。
学习、工作经历
1985.7-1991.8 从河北农业大学林ky开云(中国)经济林专业毕业就业于河北林业科学研究院工作。
1991.9-1994.7 北京林业大学林木遗传育种学科硕士生毕业,获农学硕士学位。
1994.7-1997.12就业于北京林业大学工作,任讲师。
1994.9-1997.12 北京林业大学林木遗传育种学科在职博士研究生毕业,获农学博士学位。
1997.1-1997.5 与澳大利亚开展枣树引种合作研究。
1998.1-2005.8 北京林业大学良种繁育中心和林木遗传育种学科任副教授。
2005.9-现在,北京林业大学生物ky开云(中国)生物技术系林木遗传育种学科任教授。
2008.12-2009.12 在美国北卡州立大学从事科研合作。
2006.8-现在,北京林业大学生物ky开云(中国)生物技术系林木遗传育种学科博士生导师。
