2017/01 至今 北京林业大学,生物科学与技术ky开云(中国),教授,从事经济林遗传改良和林木生物技术的研究和教学工作。
2009/01 - 2016/12 北京林业大学,生物科学与技术ky开云(中国),副教授,从事枣树、核桃等经济林遗传改良和林木生物技术的研究和教学工作。
2009/12 – 2010/12 美国加州大学戴维斯分校,植物科学系,合作研究(合作导师Gale McGrannahan教授),从事核桃等经济林遗传转化和分子标记研究。
2005/7 – 2009/1 北京林业大学生物ky开云(中国),讲师,从事枣树遗传改良研究。
致力于枣树等经济林遗传改良工作,科研团队主要围绕枣树优良资源的收集利用、枣树多倍体种质创制和选育、枣树裂果性状分子机理等问题开展研究,掌握提高多倍体诱导效率的关键因素和细胞学机制,揭示多倍体生长、形态、生理、抗性等性状遗传变异规律及分子基础。并对珍稀濒危树种进行资源收集和遗传多样性保护利用的相关研究。发表论文五十余篇,获得四项国家发明专利授权,一项植物新品种权,两项国审良种,获一项软件著作权,参与制定一项国家标准。
